Solder product family we produce and export two types of solder wire, Tin Lead Solder Wire & Lead Free Solder Wire, to meet different industries and different client's demands.
It's consisted of Tin & Lead at different composition. Generally tin percentage from 5% up to 63% by weight and remaining is lead. It's one of the most widely used type of solder wire in the soldering history. With easy wetting, good fluidity, excellent shear strength and firm solder joint, it's well accepted by the solderer. We have below composition:
Solder Wire 63/37 (Sn63Pb37)
Solder Wire 60/40 (Sn60Pb40)
Solder Wire 50/50 (Sn50Pb50)
Solder Wire 40/60 (Sn40Pb60)
Solder Wire 30/70 (Sn30Pb70)
Solder Wire 20/80 (Sn20Pb80)
Solder Wire 10/90 (Sn10Pb90)
Solder Wire 5/95 (Sn5Pb95)
It's consisted of Tin, Silver and Copper at different composition, without lead. This type of lead free solder wire is invented to replace the tin lead solder wire in some applications where lead bearing is fully prohibited. Lead free solder wire meets the ROHS regulation and are allowed to be used in many applications. It has higher melting point on average when comparing to tin lead solder wire, thus in a certain sense it needs more heat to work with. In XF Solder product family we have below composition:
SAC305 Solder Wire (Sn96.5Ag3.0Cu0.5)
SAC0307 Solder Wire (Sn99Ag0.3Cu0.7)
SAC07 Solder Wire (Sn99.3Cu0.7)
Wire diameter: from 0.5mm up to 3.2mm
Weight per roll: 50g/roll, 100g/roll, 200g/roll, 250g/roll, 500g/roll up to 1000g/roll
Rosin flux: 2.2% as standard, optional ranging from 1.1% to 3.3% or solid core without flux.
