Further you‘ll need a compressor and a compressed air tank, which are not included in the offer. An air duct for the compressor is recommended to the customer.
SANDBLASTING ROOM: SIZE OF THE STANDARD SANDBLASTING CABIN:
L: 4,0M X W: 4,0 M X H: 3,5 M
There is 1 sandblasting hall in the system. The engine room is along the other sides of the cabin. The walls and ceilings of the blasting room are made of Polyurethane sandwich panels, from sheet steel reinforced. Each panel is individually interchangeable and the panels are assembled with sealant to build an airtight connection form. Suitable air inlet filters are attached on the roof to facilitate airflow. To none carry out concrete work on the entire cabin floor, it‘s placed on the steel chassis. The abrasive recycling system is located in the chassis.
DOOR / ACCESS TO THE SANDBLASTING-SYSTEM:
WIDTH: 3 M, HEIGHT: 3 M
Insulated and special rubber coated. A 2-winged swing door or a PVC roller shutter for the sandblasting cabin will be available.
OPERATOR DOOR WITH A PANEL:
There is one on the side wall appropriately positioned swivel operator door with dimensions W: 800 mm x H: 2000 mm as entry and exit. The appropriate door lock / unlock is included. On the door there is a viewing window with a hardened viewing glass with the size 600 x 400 mm. To protect the glass there is a foldable metal cover attached on the inside.
LIGHTING:
Spotlights of 8 pieces x 50 watts, type: projector - the lights are installed in a steel case with tempered glass on the side wall and on the ceilings to have adequate lighting to ensure the view for sandblasting.
RUBBER LINING:
To protect the side walls from abrasion there are 3 mm thick rubber sheets on the inner walls up to a total height of 3.5 m included.
Further components of the blasting cabin are:
ABRASIVES COLLECTORS:
Is it possible to put concrete foundations on the floor of the assembly area? Do you have permission to excavate the ground under the sandblasting booth? If you don't want to dig the ground for an abrasive collection system, we can place the system in a raised steel structure.
If you do not want to collect the abrasive from the ground automati-cally, you can sweep it manually with a vacuum machine. In this way, you don‘t need to excavate the soil, but you can also recover abrasives at a lower cost. The vacuum consumption of the vacuum machine is higher than with other systems. (min. 37 kW / h) In this case you should take into account that the vacuum machine does not work continuously during the day. You only run it manually when you want to collect the abrasive. In other words, it will not consume electricity throughout the day.
Another option we can offer you instead of a vacuum machine is purely manual sweeping. After manual sweeping, you can collect the abrasive and manually sieve and re-use it. Or, with the help of a brush, you sweep the abrasive into the elevator pit on the side of the cabinet and leave the separation process to the Elevator Separator system. For this system, you will need a pit measuring H: 1000 x L: 1200 x W: 1200 next to the cabinet.
ABRASIVES RECOVERY SYSTEM:
The abrasive passes to the separation system at the back behind the collection system in the cabin floor. We also have 2 types of systems here.
1 – Elevator Separator System
2 – Vacuum System
We have different type of abrasive reclaim and recycling systems:
1 – Recyling with Spiral Conveyor + Vacuum System (It is put into a pit or a raised chassis with steel construction.)
2 – Recycling with Pneumatic Scrubber + Vacuum System (It is put into a pit or a raised chassis with steel construction.)
3 – Recyling with Spiral Conveyor + Elevator Seperator (There an excavated pit is needed)
4 – Recycling with Pneumatic Scrubber + Elevator Seperator (There an excavated pit is needed)
DUST COLLECTOR:
Dust collectors are used to collect dust inside the sandblasting cabin and create a cleaner environment inside. The capacity is calculated according to the cabin dimensions. It contains cartridge filters. It has PLC Jet-pulse system that automatically cleans these filters.
DUST FILTER:
1 piece with 14.000m³ / h capacity. Dust filters collect the dust in the filters of the machine. A self-cleaning system of the machine ensures the long function of the machine and reduces cleaning and work. Each dust filter has a power of 15 kW.
ABRASIVE SILO:
The abrasive reclaimed inside the cabin is collected in the silo. Silos can be designed as single, double, triple or quadruple. It is determined by the size of the room and the number of sandblasting staff to work in the room.
