1.Negative Pressure Conveying System
Introduction
The negative pressure conveyor conveys the material through negative pressure. The conveying process adopts closed pipeline transportation, and there is no leakage of dust; the particle size of the conveyed material ranges from 0.2 microns to 1 mm, and we use imported filter materials. Ti07 type filter, the filtration ratio is 99.99%, no dust will leak into the environment through the filter. The noise of the system is less than 70 decibels during operation.
2) Working principle
The negative pressure conveyor forms a negative pressure airflow under the vacuum. Under the action of this airflow, the conveyed materials are instantly transported to another container through the suction hose or pipe . Since the material is always in a vacuum state during the conveying process, even if a pipeline leak occurs, the material will not leak into the surrounding environment.
Working procedure:
A. The Roots blower works to generate vacuum in the separation container of the vacuum conveying equipment. Inhale the material from the feed port through the suction hose and the suction port
B. Separate air and materials in the filter bin of the separation container, and collect the materials in the bin. Cyclone separators prevent fine powder from entering the filter to increase the efficiency of the filter.
C. When the silo is full of materials, the converter is automatically closed, and the pressure in the conveying equipment reaches a balance. The discharge valve is opened, and the material flows out through the discharge port and directly falls into the storage container.
D. The discharge compartment is closed, and the entire conveying process is started again.
3) Equipment components
The equipment is mainly composed of Roots blower, filter bin and filter, recoil air bag, separation bin, silo, pneumatically controlled feeding valve, pneumatically controlled vibrator, quick-open connection clamp, sealing ring (natural silicone rubber), The air control controller and the connection system are composed together.

2.Positve Pressure Conveying System
1) Introduction:
material enters the conveying pipe from the sending tank, and the compressed gas is opened and closed at a certain frequency through the solenoid valve to form a pulsed air flow (air knife ) . The static pressure difference is used as the driving force to push the material forward. After reaching the separation device for material and gas separation, the material falls into the silo, and the gas is discharged into the atmosphere to realize transportation.
2) Features:
1. Low flow rate but large conveying capacity, almost no effect on material quality.
2. The system has higher pressure and lower air consumption.
3. The control system is automated, and the requirements for various electrical components are high.
4. Multi-point feeding and multi-point unloading.
5. The sending tank (also known as the silo pump) is a pressure vessel, which is a mandatory signing equipment.
6. The air source is generally a screw air compressor, and the post-processing equipment must be matched.

Fundamental:
Positive pressure pneumatic conveying generally uses a Roots fan as the power source. The outlet of the fan passes through a cooler to reduce the gas temperature to an appropriate temperature. After further filtering the gas, it is mixed with the material in the mixing chamber. The material is suspended in the pipeline, and the material and gas are mixed. After entering the separation equipment, the material is separated and the gas is discharged.
