Working Principle:

The thermocouple component is used to generate thermoelectric potential to drive the gas valve by sensing the temperature of the long open flame. When the space where the burning appliance is lacking oxygen (oxygen content <17%-19%), the temperature of the small flame of the long open flame is lower than about 400℃. The provided electric potential is not enough to maintain the open state of the gas valve, thereby cutting off the gas source and ensuring personal safety.
