During the production of potassium sulfate,potassium chloride reacts with sulfuric acid,will produce a large number of high temperature hydrogen chloride gas,but the gas must be cooled before re-used.For the temperature of the hydrogen chloride gas produced in the production is nearly 400ºC,the cooler selected should resistant high temperature of 400ºC,in the mean while the cooling rate should be fast to meet the requirements.
The patented product of potassium sulfate special graphite heat exchanger developed by our company solves this problem. The main features of the equipment are: adding the high-efficiency spray devices in the equipment to effectively cool corrosive materials. Setting liquid distribution device in the equipment to redistribute corrosive materials. Make the material distribution evenly, so as to avoid uneven temperature inside the equipment and cause equipment damage.
Compared with the traditional equipment, it has the following advantages: high structural strength; fast cooling; low cost; small footprint and easy installation.
