Glass-lined Reactor, jacketed, one piece type( FF, closed type) and two pieces type(FK, open type), the capacity from 50 to 80000 liters, with the motor, reducer, shaftl seal, agitator, thermometer pocket and discharge valve etc, Glass lined reactor has very good anti-corrosion performance especially to various acids and widely used in the reaction, extraction, crystallization and concentration etc process.

The detailed assembling our Glass-lined reactor:

(1) Electrical Motor: Explosion-proof or Ordinary type;

(2) Reducer: Pin-cycloid planetary gearing or Worm gear & worm drive type;

(3) Packing or Mechanical Seal (Single type with the working pressure less than 0.4Mpa and Double type with the working pressure more than 0.4Mpa but less than 1.0Mpa);

(4) Agitator: Frame (anchor) type; Impeller type; Paddle type; Combination type;(the agitating speed from 65-130rpm)

(5) Thermometer Pocket: A type (Straight); B type (Slant), C type ( Slant with Wing);

(6) Discharge Valve: Upward type or Downward type

The technical performance of our Glass-lined reactor:

(1) The Max Operation Pressure: inside Vessel: 1.0Mpa, inside Jacket: 0.6Mpa;

(2) The Operation Temperature: from -20 degree centigrade to 200 degree centigrade;

(3) The Glass-lining Thickness: 0.8-2.0mm;

(4) The High Voltage-test to the Glass-lining: 20KV.
