Scope of application:

The machine arranges the bobbin yarn evenly through the reed, and then winds it into a warping shaft for sizing or combining. Can be equipped with electrostatic eliminator

Reel holder:

· According to customer needs, it can be made into fixed type or flip type.

· According to customer site space requirements, it can be made into two rows, three rows or four rows, six rows of lead wires, etc.

· Equipped with a contact-type automatic stop device for broken wires.

· Equipped with six-ring tensioner (special shape can be customized) can be equipped with static elimination device (customer optional).

Tension stand：

· The clamping tension control method will not cause the thread and the roller to slide and damage the thread during operation. Various types of thread types can obtain high-quality warping beams. When the machine is stopped, the nip rolls are quickly disengaged, so the thread will not be damaged. Active tension control of the coiling tension through tension feedback from the tension stand to keep the tension constant.

Coil section:

· Equipped with pressure roller device to increase the coiling hardness and the flatness of the wire surface.

· Equipped with telescopic buckle frame and telescopic buckle.
