Spotlesser Pellet Cleaning Equipment

Spotlesser has been designed for separating total contamination content down to 30 ppm, from pellets, disinfecting, sterilizing and drying the pellets for quality processing further downstream.

The capacity ranges from 30 kg/hour up to 100 ton/hour, the total contamination content(TCC: including dust, streamer, angle’s hair, fines, moisture, irons, certain bacteria and microbe etc.) is lower than 30 ppm, which is in a world leading position, and we can also bring that level down to 10 ppm or even 5 ppm as per the special requirements from customers.
