Outdoor CCTV is installaed on a high pole to secure a wide field of view for purposes such as security, anti-crime and traffic control in major facilities such as roads and traffic control in major facilities such as roads, beaches and borders.

Since such CCTV is exposed and installed outside, frequent breakdown due to changes in the external environment occurs, which makes inspection and maintenance essential.

This is designed to conveniently inspect and repair cameras by installing a winch which ties orunties a wire in CCTV pole to have a camera moved down to a low place. Therefore, user doesn't need to go up to a high place where a camera pole is installed.
