Performance
The machine adopts the principle of impact crushing. The materials enter the crushing chamber and achieve the purpose of crushing by using the impact of rotary hammer and mutual impact of materials. The crushed materials are driven by the swirling gas and discharged out of the machine through the screen at the lower part of the machine body. The particle size of the product is controlled and adjusted through the aperture of the screen. The coarse particles that do not meet the requirements are repeatedly broken in the crushing chamber, and finally all are discharged out of the machine through the screen.

Structure
The machine is composed of motor, T-shaped hammer (knife and axe) rotating body, feed inlet, discharge outlet base, crushing chamber, etc.The motor drives a plurality of pendulum bodies on the spindle disk to make circular motion to crush the materials.

2) Superfine Mechanical Pulverizer
Working principle:
At the same time, the materials enter the crushing chamber through the impact between the upper and lower inlet of the crushing chamber or the crushing chamber according to the impact of the shear hammer.The crushed fine powder moves with the air flow to the upper stage chamber. Due to the high-speed rotation of the grading wheel, the coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber under the action of centrifugal force to continue crushing. The fine powder meeting the fineness requirements is discharged from the exhaust port and enters the cyclone separator and dust collector for collection. The dusty gas is separated from gas and solid in the dust collector, and the air flow is discharged by the induced draft fan.
