Dingsu tech newly developed high speed double wall corrugated pipe production line is a new generation of horizontal pressure water-cooled machine that was independently researched and developed on the basis of fully utilizing advanced technology from both domestic and foreign companies and customer feedback.

There are many types of extruders to choose which can produce HDPE,PP,PVC DWC pipes, as well as single wall corrugated pipe production.

The extruder uses a bimetal screw and bushing of special structure to ensure high speed and high efficiency extrusion. The barrel screw has excellent wear resistance, especially suitable for the production of economical for mula pipe. The sizing sleeve is made of hardened stainless steel; the tube waveform is calculated by a special software program, which obtains better ring stiffness with the same meter weight. The structure of the die head is adaptable to provide customers with many alternatives, which allows adjustment of the inner wall thickness without stopping the machine. It also solves the shortcomings of the flared fitting that occurs in hogh-speed production.

The unique mould blocks running track design allows the forming mould to run in both directions. The mould blocks are horizontally installed to the forming track at a fixed centre height. While mould block size changes there is no need to change the corrugator macine centre height. Forming mould can be used on larger model corrugator. Closed loop pressure water circulation system removes the heat quickly which allows faster pipe forming. Advanced mould manufacturing technology enables the cooling channel and cacuum channel of the precision-cast corrugated mould to be separate. The mould has high strength and long service life, ensuring high quality and high efficiency production of the pipe.
