Brief introduction

“Season” deicing liquid distributor is a special ground equipment which sprays deicing liquid on the runway or taxiway with uniform density to reduce the damage and low efficiency caused by physical heat blowing, and plays an auxiliary role in deicing and anti-icing of runway.

It is mainly composed of chassis, tank assembly, boom assembly, waterway system, hydraulic system, electrical system, on-board monitoring system, etc.

It adopts the folding arm extension for spraying, and the boom adopts the truss structure of high-strength alloy steel, which is composed of two big arms and two small arms.

Product technic characteristic

★The spraying flow can be customized setup by user or automatically set to follow the speed mode

In the automatic mode, the spray amount of the nozzle will be automatically adjusted according to the vehicle speed to achieve uniform distribution;

In the manual mode, the spraying flow can be customized and adjusted by 5g / unit.

★The black box has memory function which can monitor the running state of the vehicle in real time

★The hydraulic system is equipped with hydraulic lock protection function

★The key and touch integrated LCD can detect and display the status of boom system in real time

★Low liquid level protection function, single boom can realize independent spraying operation without mutual influence. Nozzles can be controlled independently without interference too;

★It has the functions of one key to realize arm retraction and extension

★A self-absorption switch is under tank body, open it, deicing liquid can be automatically absorbed into the liquid tank.

★The vehicle is equipped with an independent DC emergency power supply. In case of boom failure, the boom of the whole vehicle can be retracted by the emergency power supply.
