Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are factory, our factory is in Rizhao city, Shandong Province, China, welcome to visit our factory.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we can not offer the sample but we will give best price for sample order.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.

Q: What is the minimum ordering quantity?

A: Generally speaking, we can accept any quantity. However, please be aware that extra amount of fees might occur due to small quantity of small goods through express.

Q: What is I don't have any experience of using those tools or machines?

A: We strongly recommend you to know well about your ordered tools or machines to avoid further issues caused by inexperienced set up or maintenance. Somehow, we're able to provide instruction manual for free if asked.

Q: How do I know if you really are a manufacturer?

A: First of all, basic information about us can be found on company website or our alibaba page. Secondly, as a manufacturer, we welcome all customers' visiting to our factory.

Q:What if I find out that delivered goods don't match my expectation?

A: First of all, we barely receive any complains from customers. Nevertheless, assuming if any customer is unsatisfied with delivered goods, we will try to contact to our customers ASAP for few confirmations such as identification of information given by customers, no damage done to goods during transportation or maintenance. After everything is figured, settlement should be done in proper procedures.
