For MKR-5T-A, heat the surface of cement tile one time for dry and then flame plating once. For MKR-5T-B, heat the surface of cement tile three times and then flame plating twice. In all the coating process manual worker is need only in the process of input and output materials. Coating and stoving are all full-automatic .The feed system of the cement color tile coating system adopt the high pressure non-gas spraying which would let no pressed air in the coating. The high pressure non-gas spraying can also protect the coating from all the harm from water and oil of the pressed air. The press of the coating is as high as 100kg/cm2, which can atomization coating and the the coating would be in high quality. The usage rate of the coating is as high as 90%, which can save a lot of coating, and reduce air pollution at the same time. The high pressure non-gas spraying also have other advantages like : high production efficiency , making the color and the pit the same as other place. The dehumidification system of the Cement color tile coating production line is Far infrared energy efficient electrical heating system. The system heat fast, control temperature Stable ,protect environment, and it`s usage cost is very low. The Conveyor belt drive system and Gun reciprocating movement system of the Cement color tile coating production line are all Frequency-converter governor. The coating feed system is made of stainless steel, which can be used in both water-based paint and oil paint. It can also be used in other wooden products after Adjustment with control parameters according to request. So ,it definitely is a multiduty automatic product line.
