One of the main advantages of plastic injection molding technology is the ability to produce complex parts consistently and cost-effectively. It is important to consider the following factors to ensure selecting the ideal material for your application:
Part End-Use/Application: What is the finished product going to be used for, and what sort of environmental conditions does it need to be able to withstand?
Appearance: What sort of finish or color do you want or need the final product to have?
Regulations and Standards: Will the finished product be used in an industry where compliance with particular regulations is required?
Thermoset vs. Thermoplastic: Do you want a material that is easily recycled or set in a permanent form?

In order to provide an accurate and timely quote, please try to provide complete manufacturing information. We accept 3D CAD files in STL, STEP, IGES, UG files, SLDPRT, or X_T format. 2D drawings in DXF, DWG, PDF with reference dimensions. Product Material you demand or suggested by us and the Order Quantity.
It usually begins with a drawing/sketch or similar samples. We then collect the data required for the project quote and any special material requirements you may have. After study of your material & through our interview process, we will complete your quote. If the project is approved, we ask for an initial advance payment of 50% of the cost to cover material costs, and the manufacture begins.
If you have a similar sample, you can provide it to us for reference and we will design it. If it is still an idea, please tell us your ideas as much as possible, and our design team and engineering team will assist you in realizing the product design.
Once your order is confirmed, we will perform a full Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review to point out any issues that our engineers feel may affect the quality of your products. We have the ability to share the production progress with you in real-time so that we can jointly solve any problems that may be encountered in the production process and ensure the smooth completion of the project.
We of course will sign and adhere to any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement. We also have a strict policy within our factory that no photographs are ever allowed of a customer’s product without express permission. Ultimately never allowing any proprietary information to be disclosed to a third party.
