Fluvis is the group composite material basen on PTFE and modified carbon fibers.

Group of composite materials has a several grades:

1) Fluvis - a general purpose grade

2) Vakofluvis - inteded for friction joints operating in vacuum and dry gases

3) Superfluvis - a novel grade with plasma-modified carbon fibers and improved characteristics of material

A special treatment of carbon fibers in Superfluvis grade ensures their chopping into an optimal fraction size, which improves their process of comptability (adhesion) with PTFE. Therefore composite displays increased density, reduced porosity, raised wear resistance ant thermal conductivity in contrast to the analogues.

The main application of the gorup of materials - piston sealing rings, bushings, rods, ball cock seals etc.
