working principle

The main machine of the screw feeder is composed of stainless steel tank body, stainless steel screw shaft, geared motor and so on. The shaft with the spiral blade rotates in the closed trough, so that the material loaded into the trough does not rotate with the screw due to its own weight and the effect of friction with the trough, and can only move along the trough. Vertically placed screw conveyor, the material is moved upwards by the frictional force generated by centrifugal force and the groove wall.

Features

The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel except for the standard parts such as motors and bearings, which fully meets the requirements of food hygiene. The machine has a simple and compact structure and a small cross-sectional area, and can be used when other conveying equipment cannot be installed or where the operation is difficult; it is reliable in work, easy to maintain and low in cost. The cover plate of the conveying trough is a movable chain leaf structure, and the bottom opening of the trough has a movable baffle, which can thoroughly clean the interior of the screw conveyor after use.
