STZ series products are mainly for daily application development of laboratories, high-quality materials and a stable furnace temperature control system can ensure the reliability of experimental data; furnaces take new ceramic fiber material as the furnace chamber material, the choice of high quality MoSi2 rod as heating element, temperature controller microcomputer PID control module, enabling precise temperature control and constant temperature requirements.
Technical data:
1. Furnace chamber material mullite ceramic fiber materials, no powder pull off under high temperature, small heat capacity, and energy saving more than 50%.
2. Heating elements are MoSi2 rod, which can undertake large loading, stable and longer service life.
3. Heating rate is 0-15℃/min, can be set freely.
4. High precision temperature control, display accuracy:±1℃, over temperature value is small, with the function of temperature compensation and temperature correction.
5. The temperature controller can set the program with 50 segments and can set the temperature curve.
6. With the function of leakage protection, safe and reliable.
7. With over-temperature alarm, when the temperature exceeds the set temperature, audible and visual alarm and stop heating.
Vacuum performance:
1. The design of double door, flange sealing and PTFE sealing ring, which can ensure the chamber sealing.
2. The furnace can work under vacuum condition as well as the inert gas.
3. Can connect a metal pipe, to make the toxic and harmful gas generated under high temperature to a specified place.
Options:
Optional large screen paperless recorder or RS232 communication port, to achieve real-time temperature curve recorded with a memory card of experimental data analysis and printing.
