We have 3 stages of QQ.
1. Initial Phase - Plantation (curating) - The harvested green beans from our plantations are taken to our curating facilities in Bali, Indonesia and Papua, Indonesia respectively. Here they are checked for any obscurities with those green beans fit for curation seperated from those which we deem not to be.
2. Drying Process - Factory - All of our vanilla beans are dried naturally under the sun over a 2-3 months to ensure moisture and vanillin content.
3. Laboratory Testing - The beans onced dried to respective moisture content are taken to the laboratory to be examined for mould, splits etc. Once the results are back we separate the vanilla beans based on grade (A+, A, B, C, D).
