Our factories have strict quality management in place to insure components always meet and perform to our customers specifications. All incoming materials must comply with raw materials specifications and strict incoming quality inspections. During on-line quality inspections our factory inspectors must make sure drawings with highlighted critical dimensions and first run samples is available at each of the work station so productions parts can be constantly monitored. Upon out quality inspections our inspectors makes final checks on all appearance and functions according to each controlled product files and must keep shipping sample to be dated for future references. All products will have a golden sample system in place to make sure approval samples are always up-to-date.
