In the fully air-conditioned Precision Workshop, with high-speed CNC machine, GF mirror EDM machine, low-speed wire cutting, and mold clamper, we prototype precision injection molds for plastic gears, the parts of double-color, wearings, office equipment, medical instrumentation and apparatus, electronic components and etc.
For Heavy-duty works, with 2M five-axis and high-speed CNC machining center, 2.3M high-speed gantry CNC machining center, large double-head spark machine, and 200T clamping machine, we produce middle-to-large injection molds for automobile interior parts, door planks, central screen, seats, and home appliances like refrigerator, air conditioner, TV sets, monitors etc.
