Indonesia is the second largest producer of Vanilla bean, second only to Madagascar. The distinctive curing process used in Indonesia contributes to a deep smoky flavour that holds up remarkably well in heat appications like baking.

Our Vanilla are fair trade. We distribute our Vanilla from the best Farmers we could possibly find in Indonesia, with the price decided by the farmers. Thus, our Vanilla price are competitive in the world market and we are always willing to negotiate the best price to reach a win-win solution.

We offer the following grades of Vanilla beans:

GRADE A, a superior quality product also known as Gourmet Vanilla, moisture content 25-35%, Vanilin content 1.6 -2.4%, minimum length 20cm, with a strong full rich Vanilla aroma, oily black, plump and pliable characteristics.

GRADE B, Extract quality, Moisture 10-20%, slightly imperfect (imperfections do not harm the integrity of the Vanillin flavor), length 15-23 cm.

Lower Quality Grade is also available on request.

Packaging and delivery: Vacuum packed and air freight.

Minimum order: 50 kgs, samples can be arranged on request with cost borne by the buyer.

Price range $80USD/kg - $150USD/kg (FOB) depending on quantity and grade.
